What templates do you have?▼

They all export to Word and PDF — but always send employers the PDF. Word is for editing on your computer; recruiters often use a different version of Word, which can mess up the layout.

Should I send the PDF or Word file to employers?▼
Always the PDF. Use Word only to edit on your own computer. Recruiters often open attachments in a different version of Word than yours, which can shift fonts, spacing, and margins. You don't need to convert Word to PDF yourself — download the PDF from your editor and attach that when you apply.
